Our fee plan offers different levels of packages tailored to each student’s needs. We have monthly or yearly plans available, depending on how long the student wants to commit to their studies. Our Fee and Schedule Plan consists of three main components: tuition fees, course duration, and teacher availability. Tuition fees are determined by the number of sessions per week, length of each session, type of course (general or specialized), and student level. Course duration is based on the number of hours per week allotted to each session with an average course taking approximately one year to complete. Teacher availability is based on their ability to provide consistent instruction during class times as well as make themselves available for feedback outside class hours when necessary.
We want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. That is why we offer a generous refund policy in the event that your experience with us does not meet your expectations. If you are unhappy with the quality of the services or materials you received from us, then please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to rectify any issues. We will make every effort to determine what went wrong and provide a full refund if necessary. Our policy is simple: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, just contact us within 30 days of your purchase and if approved, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the service or product in question.
