Terms & Conditions
Welcome to QuranClassForKids.com, your trusted online platform for Quran learning. By enrolling in our QuranClassForKids.com, students and parents must review and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Free Trial Classes
At QuranClassForKids.com, we offer a 5-day free trial for new students. Experience our Quran classes online before making a commitment! After the trial period, continue your learning journey by paying a monthly fee, which is billed in advance.
2. Makeup Classes Policy
Makeup classes are available upon advance notice:
Makeup classes are only granted with prior intimation and under special circumstances.
Please inform us at least 1 day in advance via Email, Skype, or our Support Team if you are unable to attend a class.
Regular attendance is crucial to ensure steady progress.
3. Monthly Progress Reports
Parents will receive a monthly progress report providing detailed insights into their child’s learning achievements and progress with Quranic studies.
4. Fees Payment Terms
Our fees are billed monthly, not per class:
Payments are due within 10 days of the invoice date.
A late fee will be applied if the payment is not received on time.
Fees cover technical expenses, teacher salaries, and operational costs.
Payments can be made through Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, Zelle, Western Union, or direct bank transfer
5. Discounts for Early Payments
Discounts are available only for payments made in advance for quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly billing cycles. If payments are not made within 10 days, any discounts will be revoked, and a 10% late fee will apply. Please note that fees are non-refundable for missed classes unless prior notice has been given.
6. Class Suspension Due to Non-payment
If fees are unpaid for over 10 days, QuranClassForKids.com reserves the right to suspend classes. Payments made through card will appear under our parent company “QuranClassForKids.com”.
7. Tax and Transaction Fees
A 5.5% tax/transaction fee applies to the total monthly fee. This charge covers processing fees and transaction costs.
8. Leave Policy
To request leave, please submit your request 1 week in advance:
To secure the teacher’s time slot during your leave, a 50% charge of the monthly fee will apply.
If no slot is reserved, the teacher may be reassigned.
9. Annual Fee Adjustment
Each January, we will implement a $2.25 annual fee increase per student to account for teacher salary appraisals and operational adjustments.
10. Class Cancellation
To cancel a class, 15 days’ notice is required. You can inform us via Email (info@quranclassforkids.com) or Skype chat. Failure to notify may result in continued invoicing until the cancellation is processed.
11. Public Holidays
QuranClassForKids.com will remain closed on:
Eid-ul-Fitr (4 days)
Eid-ul-Adha (4 days)
Labor Day (1st May)
